What you’ll do: Workstream 1 - AV Signage & Hardware Uplift (Multi-Office) Refreshing AV equipment and digital signage across multiple locations Coordinating closely with Facilities, Property, and local office teams Managing external AV vendors and partners (e.g. Pro AV, Freedom or similar) Planning and overseeing on‑site delivery, including scheduling works and managing trades Ensuring delivery is sequenced to minimise disruption to business operations This stream requires a PM who is comfortable with hands‑on coordination, vendor management, and physical delivery in live office environments. Workstream 2 - Immersion Labs & Next-Generation Client Experience Creating next‑generation, client‑led immersive spaces, designed to support a wide range of expert and industry use cases. Partnering closely with a senior business sponsor and senior stakeholders to understand and shape their strategic vision. Leading workshops and discovery sessions with client‑facing and internal stakeholders to define the desired end‑to‑end experience. Designing spaces that enable: Multiple digital elements and screens running simultaneously. Incorporation of emerging technology (e.g. AI, interactive and data‑led experiences). Flexible use across different engagements and client scenarios. Translating vision into a deliverable design and implementation roadmap. The emphasis here is on experience design and outcomes, not just the physical build. What we’re looking for: Proven ability to drive user stories and deliver a cohesive, end‑to‑end user and client experience. Strong stakeholder management, including working closely with senior client‑facing leaders. Experience establishing and running robust governance and SteerCo‑level forums, with the ability to guide leaders toward clear, timely decisions. Capability to define and embed governance around space and lab usage (e.g. client‑only access vs broader internal use). Comfort working across technology, facilities, vendors, and business stakeholders simultaneously. Experience with signage, AV, or experience‑led technology initiatives will be highly beneficial.
